The Wenatchee Valley YMCA offers a variety of adult programs aimed at strengthening the spirit, mind, and body of each individual.

AQUA STAND UP®

Secure your board today for the best workout experience in water! We supply the instructor, board and paddle, you supply the energy!             (first 15 minutes are for set up of board and preview of class)       

With the Eastmont YMCA Aquatic Center closed for renovations, Aqua Stand Up is not currently available. Please check with staff late fall to learn when we hope to re-open.           

SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension training leverages gravity and your body-weight to perform hundreds of exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. These training’s run for 8 weeks and are designed to progress the strength and functional fitness of the entire group! We run three training’s a year. 

Summer Session will be open for registration by June 30.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & TRX

This 5 week special training session takes place in the functional training room in the Fitness Center with Lorrie!

CANCER SURVIVORSHIP REHABILITATION PROGRAM

This 12-week program of exercise and education is designed to improve the quality of life for any person surviving cancer. The program is a collaboration of several years and several groups including: The Wenatchee Valley YMCA, Confluence Health, the EASE Cancer Foundation, and Central Washington University. Participants have improved quality of life, increased their fitness levels, decreased body fat, decreased depression and anxiety, reduced stress, and had fun doing it! Participants receive full membership privileges for the 12 weeks.

Next Session will run Spring 2020

Scholarships are available for those in financial need.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS (W.O.W.)

W.O.W. was created for women! Learn proper lifting techniques, principles of training, build knowledge and improve your confidence. This program is for women of any age and training experience & led by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer.
