These Group Exercise classes are free to adult members. Children 11-15 years of age may participate in adult programs under the direct and constant supervision of a parent or adult family member age 18 and up. Uplift graduates may participate without parental supervision. All programs are offered at the Wenatchee YMCA Facility unless otherwise noted. Please see opposite side for class days and times. All our group exercise classes accommodate all fitness levels. New program participants are always welcome!

Open Barre Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 am
A little taste of everything: ballet, strength training, yoga, and cardio! Open Barre focus on thighs, gluts, core, and upper body through the entire class. Deep isometric stretches are used to fully lengthen muscles!
Looking for a higher yoga experience?
Try 6:45 Monday Yoga
Hatha Yoga can help improve one's strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress. This class may incorporate a vinyasa (flow) style to increase the heart rate. Yoga consists of a variety of poses that when combines proper breathing helps strengthen and relax the mind, body and spirit. Open to most levels.
