We are excited and privileged to be able to offer your child Student Care for Wenatchee School District students at three locations: Sunnyslope Elementary School, Mission View Elementary School, and Columbia Elementary School. Busing is available from other Wenatchee School District schools through the WSD Transportation Department.
Rates: The 2019-2020 prices are reflective of the current school districts pricing. If you are a member of the Y, your Student Care will be less! If you qualify for free and reduced lunches, the state may subsidize your participation. Prices are listed in the registration form (link) below.
Hours: Before School Care starts as early as 6:30am until the bell rings. After Care starts at the bell. All children will need to be picked up no later than 6pm.
Staff: Our staff are trained and certified through the state, along with various child safety training we mandate all our staff to take. We are ready to serve you and your child with a high quality program!
Program: The Student Care program is a Washington state licensed care program. We serve children in grades K-7th (through 12 years of age) meeting all state, local and YMCA standards of excellence. We will use a creative, after school enrichment curriculum including STEAM activities!
Summer: Summer Edventure is an 8 week summer program open to any student enrolled in Wenatchee School District offered currently at Sunnyslope Elementary School for summer 2019. We offer weekly field trips, weekly STEAM activities, outdoor recreation, we bring outside resources in to provide learning and engagement opportunities and activities. We also provide AM and PM snack. Summer Edventure dates and times are June 24th - August 16th, 7am - 6pm. Registration form below. Programs at Mission View and Columbia will be added for summer 2020.
