On July 9th or 10th the Y is holding a FREE community event for kids and families. Safety in and around open water is crucial, especially when living in an area with so many rivers and lakes. During this event kids will learn basic skills in water and out of water. The event will be held at Walla Walla Point Park from 4:30-6:30pm. Advance registration is requested.

YOU, ME and DISCOVERY (Ages 2-4) 

This parent and me course will support your 2, 3, or 4 year old in their discover of the world through STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) while providing you with tips, tricks, and experiments to use at home. Enjoy quality time supporting your child’s development while meeting other parents. This is a four week program offered Wednesday morning from 10:30 - 11:30.

Next Session will be offered in September 2019! Registration will open in August.

These programs, for ages 4-7 are designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of the sport as well as learn skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive environment.                                         

Fall Itty Bitty Soccer - Registration Opens July 22nd!

TEE UP - Youth Golf (Ages 5-8)

In partnership with First Tee, this program  is designed to  introduce  children to the  fundamentals of golf while learning teamwork and skills in a non-competitive environment.

July 13 - August 31

 Members: $60 // Community Members: $70

  • 5-6 YEAR OLDS: 9:30 - 10:30am 

  • 7-8 YEAR OLDS: 11:00 - 12:00pm 

Practices/Games will be held on Saturdays at  Walla Walla Park.

Y FIT KIDS (Ages 8-11)

Our Y-FIT Kids Program promotes age appropriate fitness, health and nutrition while having fun!  

Summer Session: Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 25th through July 23rd

Tues/Thurs: 10:30 AM - 11:15 AM

Your child will:

  • Exercise twice a week

  • Experience interval & strength training

  • Learn the importance of healthy food choices

Our mission is to get our local youth more active and healthy by exercising, eating healthy, and have fun together!  This is a (6) Week Program is offered once a quarter.

Members: $50// Community Members: $60

Parents: Have your child come dressed to work out and have fun!        


Introducing HYPE! A PE program for homeschoolers ages 6 to 16 with set curriculum including; games to develop strength and coordination, health and nutrition education, learning the basics of team sports, and have a lot of fun!  Kids will spend one hour at the YMCA with a Homeschool PE coach with (2) age appropriate groups.

The safety and welfare of every child in our facilities is of the utmost importance for the Y administration. To that effect, the following policy will help us protect and care for your child while they are with us.

All members under age 13 must be in a structured activity, such as After School Program, Babysitting, Youth/Teen Center, Youth Sports, Open Youth Swim, Swim Lessons, or directly supervised at all times by an adult family member, age 21 and older.

Youth ages 11 and up are permitted in the Fitness Center with direct and constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Youth ages 11-15 (or grades 6-9) must complete Uplift to be permitted in the Fitness Center or allowed to participate in adult Group Exercise classes without a parent or guardian.

Members 16 and older may use the Y facility and services without parental supervision.
