ITTY BITTY PROGRAMS (Ages 4-7)
Itty Bitty Soccer/Itty Bitty Basketball
These programs, for ages 4-7 are designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of the sport as well as learn skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive environment.

Our Y-FIT Kids Program promotes age appropriate fitness, health and nutrition while having fun!

Our mission is to get our local youth more active and healthy by exercising, eating healthy, and have fun together! This is a (6) Week Program is offered once a quarter.

HYPE! - HOMESCHOOL PE (Ages 6-16)
Introducing HYPE! A PE program for homeschoolers ages 6 to 16 with set curriculum including; games to develop strength and coordination, health and nutrition education, learning the basics of team sports, and have a lot of fun! Kids will spend one hour at the YMCA with a Homeschool PE coach with (2) age appropriate groups.

The safety and welfare of every child in our facilities is of the utmost importance for the Y administration. To that effect, the following policy will help us protect and care for your child while they are with us.
All members under age 13 must be in a structured activity, such as After School Program, Babysitting, Youth/Teen Center, Youth Sports, Open Youth Swim, Swim Lessons, or directly supervised at all times by an adult family member, age 18 and older.
Youth ages 11 and up are permitted in the Fitness Center with direct and constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Youth ages 12-15 (or grades 6-9) must complete Uplift to be permitted in the Fitness Center or allowed to participate in adult Group Exercise classes without a parent or guardian.
Members 16 and older may use the Y facility and services without parental supervision.
