Itty Bitty Soccer and Itty Bitty Basketball
These programs, for ages 4-7, are designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of the sport as well as learn skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive environment.

Y FIT KIDS - NEW PROGRAM
Our Y-FIT Kids Program promotes age appropriate fitness, health and nutrition while having fun! Your child will exercise twice a week, experience interval & strength training along with the importance of healthy food choices. Our mission is to get our local youth more active and healthy by exercising, eating healthy, and have fun together! 6 Week Program will begin again next fall for Ages 8-11

HYPE! - HOMESCHOOL YMCA P.E.
Introducing HYPE! A PE program for homeschoolers 6 to 16 years old with set curriculum including games to develop strength and coordination, health and nutrition education, learning the basics of team sports, and lots of fun! Kids will spend one hour at the YMCA with a Homeschool PE coach. 2 groups will be divided by age.
$25/Month for Y Members, $30/Month for Community Members
Begin Date: January 2nd, 2019.
Days/Times: Wednesdays; 6-11 years old- 2:00-3:00pm, 12-16 years old- 3:30-4:30pm

Infant through 5 years old
The safety and welfare of every child in our facilities is of the utmost importance for the Y administration. To that effect, the following policy will help us protect and care for your child while they are with us.
All members under age 13 must be in a structured activity, such as After School Program, Babysitting, Youth/Teen Center, Youth Sports, Open Youth Swim, Swim Lessons, or directly supervised at all times by an adult family member, age 18 and older.
Youth ages 11 and up are permitted in the Fitness Center with direct and constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Youth ages 12-15 (or grades 6-9) must complete Uplift to be permitted in the Fitness Center or allowed to participate in adult Group Exercise classes without a parent or guardian.
Members 16 and older may use the Y facility and services without parental supervision.
