Meet Sandy Limbeck
I began weight training in my forties and fell in love with it. Not only was it a great stress reliever after an eight hour day of social work, but it made hiking, skiing, snowshoeing and cycling much easier. I went to work in the YMCA fitness center 25 years ago with the goal of becoming a personal trainer when I retired from my State job. I wanted others to experience the fitness benefits I had.
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2015 through ISSA, International Sports Sciences Association. I have also received continuing education in the areas of functional training, balance, and working with senior clients. Working with individuals, small groups and adult specialty classes has been a joy as I watch people become stronger and more confident.
