We strive to maintain our facilities for our members and the community, with an emphasis on excellence across the board!

 

  • We have more than 40 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, functional training areas, machine circuit and a free weight area with a variety of work stations. Youth age 11-15 may use the Fitness Center if they are under the direct and constant supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Uplift graduates may participate without adult supervision.

  • Classes are free with your membership. See the entire schedule for the most current Fitness class offerings. Family Group Exercise classes are offered periodically. Classes subject to change.

  • Our gymnasium is set up for Basketball, Pickleball and Volleyball. If you are interested in one of these options please contact us at 509-662-2109.

  • We offer three racquetball courts that can be reserved for one hour at a time. One court can also be transitioned into a Wally Ball court upon request.

    Court Rules:

    • Children age 15 and under must be under the direct and constant supervision of an adult family member over the age of 21. Uplift graduates may use the courts without adult supervision.

    • Information on Racquetball instruction is available at the Membership Services Desk.

    • Non-Marking Shoes required

    • Members may rent out Racquetball equipment at the Front Desk:

      Racket Rental: $1.00 (includes ball)

      Goggles: $1.00 (highly recommended)

    Children are not allowed in the viewing area unless under adult supervision (over the age of 21) and present in the viewing area.

  • We ask that everyone using the steam room shower area is respectful of others. Swimsuits are required. Please make sure to sanitize the area before and after your use.

    Please be respectful with you time to allow others to use the Steam Room.
