Join us for this strength and conditioning program. Our Specialty Coaches work with you to build your skills. Our sessions are broken up into training cycles: Lift Heavy Things, Functional Training, Cross Training and Combination Sessions.

Choose the individual training sessions you want to attend OR sign up for the Full year and get 15% off.

Classes run Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s at 5:30 AM OR 7:45 AM. Choose the time that works for you!

  • Lift Heavy Things: These sessions focus on the proper technique and successful movement of heavy weight in the free weight room. Emphasis is on gaining strength and power in the five major lifts of Barbell Squat, Bench Press, Bent Over Row, Overhead Press, and Dead Lift. We will emphasize technique, before we progress on a daily basis, with each individual while working toward realistic goals set at the beginning of the session. The program will also contain core work, full body exercises, and arm work on a daily basis. Excellent for anyone who has a physically demanding job, anyone wishing just to improve strength, or the high school or college athlete!

  • The Functional Training sessions will emphasize working to control your own body in space while creating muscular endurance, core strength, and balance. This is a high intensity, interval type program that will change and challenge you each and every day. Boredom is not on the agenda. Each day will the program will challenge you physically and mentally! Variety, spatial awareness, and conditioning are at the forefront of this program. Excellent for the outdoor enthusiast and athlete.

  • Cross Training: This program will combine the variety of functional training and Free weight training. We will intersperse the variety of functional training and lifting heavy things throughout this program. Each day will change but with the consistency and basis of strength training. Excellent for those looking to improve all around strength, muscular endurance, and spatial awareness.
